Overview

HCP System Implementation & Administrator

Pay : $75-80 / HR

Duration : 5 months

Location : This person can work onsite in Cambridge, Hybrid, or fully remote.

Part time – 20hrs / week

What We are looking for

  • Proven experience in system implementation and project management.
  • Strong experience in compliance and regulatory requirements related to HCP engagements.
  • Experience with HCP engagement systems and related software.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation Phase : Lead the implementation of the Global HCP Engagement System; Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables; Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation; Coordinate with the vendor to ensure that all technical and functional requirements are met, and that the system is configured correctly.
  • Post-Implementation Phase : System Administration; System Maintenance; Monitor system performance and address any issues or bugs promptly; Provide ongoing support to end-users; Conduct regular training sessions and refresher courses to ensure continued user proficiency; Enhancements and Improvements; Gather feedback from users to continuously improve system functionality and user experience.

  • Proven experience in system implementation and project management.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to HCP engagements.
  • Proficiency in system administration and data management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Familiarity with HCP engagement systems and related software.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

    Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
