Work Schedule :

100% FTE, Day Shift Role. variable between 8 : 00-5 : 30, you may be eligible for a $15,000 sign on bonus. You will work at the 9th Street Clinic in Rockford.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology. Required

Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and completes mandatory CEUs as required. Required

Licenses & Certifications

Current license from the State of Illinois. An applicant for employment as a physical, occupational, or speech therapists must present acceptable evidence of licensure. A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist or assistant until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided. Required

CPR certification. Required

Has certificate of clinical competence through the American Speech & Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligible to complete Clinical Fellowship year with proper supervision. Required
