WinnCompanies is seeking a dynamic, customer focused Assistant Property Manager to help oversee the daily operations of Bonnie Brae Terrace, a 164-unit affordable senior independent living community located in Belmont, CA.
In this role, you will support the Property Manager in managing all aspects of the community, including leasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, service requests, and customer service.
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for leasing activities, administrative duties, and fostering positive resident relationships. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring compliance with USDA and Tax Credit program requirements while helping maintain a welcoming and well-managed community
Please note that the pay range for this position is $29.25 to $32.57 per hour, depending on experience.

Salary will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
The position requires a background check which includes criminal, employment verification, reference checks, credit history and drug testing due to the following job responsibilities : administration of rental applications and other resident paperwork, acceptance of rental payments, unit inspections, and processing of financial and banking data. Due to the access to personally identifiable information contained in resident applications and files, financial systems, unit keys, as well as interaction with resident population, employment applicants shall be subject to a criminal background check.
