Job Summary :

Our client, a respected insurance agency in Redding, is seeking a Commercial Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity ideal for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills, preferably with experience in the insurance industry. No license is required, but candidates interested in pursuing a Property & Casualty license in the future are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

Support commercial insurance clients with policy questions, updates, and documentation

Process applications, renewals, endorsements, and maintain accurate records

Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships

Collaborate with agents and underwriters to ensure client needs are met

Stay informed on industry trends and assist with office operations

Qualifications :

Prior experience in insurance, administrative support, or customer service preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with office software and insurance systems

Interest in obtaining a California P&C license is a plus

Optional Agent Opportunity :

While the immediate need is for a CSR, the agency is open to considering licensed agents. Agent compensation includes 32% commission on new business and 20% on renewals, with access to a wide range of carriers, support staff, and rating tools.
