About The Position

Job Title : X-Ray Tech

Profession : Radiology / Cardiology

Specialty : Diagnostic Radiology

Duration : 13 Weeks

Shift : Night

Hours per Shift : 10 Hours (22 : 00 - 08 : 30)

Experience : Minimum 18 months of permanent experience in specialty prior to travel

License : Permanent Ohio license required

Certifications : ARRT, AHA BLS

Must-Have :

• Experience with ER, Level 1 Trauma, and NICU / Neonates

Description :

Shift hours are 22 : 00 to 08 : 30 on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Call help is required if staying local.

Holiday help is required.

Prior experience with general X-ray exams in emergency departments is essential, including reductions and traumas.

Pediatric exams and portable X-rays in units and on the floors are required.

Modality includes General X-ray.

System types include Shimadzu Rad-Speed, Shimadzu Mobile Art MX8, AGFA DXD 100, and Orthoscan mini-C-arm.

Candidates must have current licensure and certifications.

A strict nicotine-free policy is in place for all travelers.

Candidates must comply with background check requirements.

Negative drug screening is required within 12 months of the start date.

Two supervisory references are required for submission verification.

Travel experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Candidates will undergo ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.

This position requires a commitment to patient care in a fast-paced environment.
