2020 Companies is hiring a seasonal Intel Promoter for Intel's Pop-Up Store to lead the team, drive customer engagement, and ensure seamless operations!
Join the Intel Experience Pop-Up Store team as a seasonal Full-Time Intel Promoter and be a key player in a fast-paced, branded retail experience during one of the busiest shopping seasons of the year. In this role, you'll represent the Intel brand by engaging directly with customers, demonstrating cutting-edge Intel-powered products, and delivering interactive, memorable shopping experiences.
Dates : October 20, 2025 November 30, 2025
Schedule : MondaySunday availability, including holidays as needed
Hours : Primarily 11 : 30 a.m. 7 : 00 p.m.
Pay : $30 per hour + monthly incentive bonus
Required : Must be available Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday

Job Description
Build strong relationships and rapport with Best Buy customers and personnelProvide training to store associates on the various Intel products and technologiesIdentify customers' needs and recommend appropriate Intel computer products and servicesProactively engage customers throughout the sales process, from greeting and discovering their needs to closing the saleTrack and increase Intel Retail Edge sign-up and engagementRing up your customers' computer purchases on Best Buy's POS system (no cash handling involved)Complete same-day online reports to document visits, including providing feedback and observations, and submitting customer and store photosMaintain business communication with Best Buy District Manager via occasional phone calls, Zoom meetings, and / or emailsRep will handle full sales engagement process with customers, from the initial point of contact through closing and ringing up of purchaseYou will not be responsible for cash handling, only ringing up credit card purchases through the POS registerAny cash purchases are handed over to a Best Buy employeeConsistent Weekend Visits : The schedule is primarily Saturday and Sunday shifts.Additional work shifts may also be required (e.g., Holiday Selling Days)Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.A minimum of 6 months experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred.An interest in PC and Gaming products is a plus.Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale.Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer and retail partner expectations.Thrive in a fast-paced team environment.Availability to work weekends - Saturday and Sunday.Own a smartphone.Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, grab, up to 20lbs occasionally, with continuous hand / eye coordination and fine manipulation (Accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions).Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.We welcome every voice, and we are committed to building a truly inclusive environment where your differences are not just welcomed, they are celebrated.
