A company is looking for a Weekend Supervisor for the Pharmacy Contact Center.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day supervision and support for pharmacy contact center representatives
Collaborate with the Workforce Planning department to maintain service level performance
Monitor performance metrics and support action plans to improve outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred
2-4 years of experience in a healthcare contact center, PBM, or pharmacy operations
Proven ability to coach and motivate frontline team members
Familiarity with pharmacy claims, PBM systems, and HIPAA / privacy requirements preferred
