Senior ServiceNow Administrator

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow System Administrator and Developer.

Key Responsibilities

Configure ServiceNow to meet business requirements and validate those with stakeholders

Develop and review complex architectures and technical solutions for platform optimization

Monitor key performance indicators and manage the upgrade of ServiceNow

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience

3+ years of System Administration experience in ServiceNow

2+ years of development experience in ServiceNow, preferably in CSM or ITSM modules

5+ years of experience within an IT organization in a product support or development capacity

Experience with programming languages including HTML and JavaScript
