Job Opening : Day and Night Shifts - Production Operator

Location : Caldwell, Idaho

Job Type : Contract to Hire

Pay Rate : $18 / hour for day shift, $20-21 / hr for night shift

Schedule : 12-hour day or night shift | Rotating 2-2-3 schedule | Start time : 5 : 30 AM or 5 : 30 PM

About the Role

We are hiring Production Operators to join our team in a SQF-certified food manufacturing facility in Caldwell, Idaho. This role is essential to our operations, responsible for safely and efficiently running a full production line Operators receive comprehensive training and contribute directly to production performance and quality metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the entire production line , including dough mixing, baking, and packaging.
• Maintain high quality control standards and ensure consistent product output.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maintain efficiency.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols .
• Work within a rotating 2-2-3 schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00 / hr.
