Analyze packaging requirements based on product specifications and compliance standards. Interface with customers, R&D, Quality, and Account Managers throughout the product lifecycle. Develop packaging documentation, including BOMs, test protocols, and label artwork. Maintain packaging specifications and database; ensure ERP system accuracy. Support pilot production runs, fill tests, stability studies, and cost-saving initiatives. Update project progress in Monday.com and internal tracking systems. Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (preferred). 2+ years experience in packaging development, consumer packaging, or related field. Proficiency in CAD, Adobe Illustrator, CAPE or TOPPS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of packaging standards (ISO, ASTM) and validation processes. Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and project management skills (PMP certification a plus). Experience with rapid prototyping and process improvement methodologies. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
