Urgent Care Physician

Medical Center needs an MD or APP for their Primary Care Practice in Malone, NY.

Description of Work Assignment : Follow ups, pre-op, transition of care , ER / Hospital Follow-ups

Breakdown of Clinic Days / Sessions and / or OR Days : 32 clinical hours / 8 non-patient facing hours

Schedule of Days / Times Needed To Work / Shift Hours : 8-12 and 1-5 sessions

On call? If so, what are the call hours? No

Procedures Provider Will Be REQUIRED To Perform : Some small office procedures

Patient Load : 16-18 patients

Does the Provider Have Particular Fellowship? N / A

Certifications Required? BLS, ACLS, PALS BLS

Is There Additional Surgical Staff? N / A

Is there additional support staff? LPN s and Medical Assistants

Is the provider working solo or with other providers? If so, whom? Other APP s and MD s
