Colorado Licensed Senior Title Examiner

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Title Examiner.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct complex searches and examinations of public land records for commercial and residential properties

Train and support fellow commercial searchers, addressing their inquiries

Collaborate with the Underwriting Department on matters requiring review and approval

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated experience examining commercial title in Colorado

Deep knowledge of state and county recording statutes, title standards, and underwriting practices

Associates degree or equivalent, or 10 years of related experience

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workloads effectively

Familiarity with legal descriptions, surveys, and maps
