About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Store Manager to lead the operations of our seasonal pop-up retail location in the Royal Poinciana Garden, located in the heart of Palm Beach (ZIP : 33480). This role runs from October through May and is ideal for a retail professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys building a strong team culture.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a high standard of customer service and visual presentation
- Manage and schedule a small team of associates
- Monitor inventory, process shipments, and maintain accurate stock levels
- Handle opening / closing procedures, cash management, and daily reporting
- Foster a welcoming and upscale shopping experience aligned with the brand
- Collaborate with ownership on merchandising and local marketing strategies
