Licensed Therapist (Telehealth or In-Person)
We are a community-based holistic mental health and wellness organization that provides counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatry, adventure therapy, and other wellness services to individuals and families. Our mission is to promote emotional well-being and personal growth through compassionate, evidence-based care across multiple service locations and telehealth platforms.
As a rapidly growing organization, we are seeking qualified part-time or full-time licensed therapists (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, LCMFT, LCPAT, LCADC, or Psychologist) to provide mental health therapy to children, adolescents, and / or adults through in-person or virtual sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned caseload and provide ongoing therapy sessions.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Complete documentation and contact notes in a cloud-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Maintain compliance with all clinical, ethical, and documentation standards.
- Track and meet monthly productivity expectations or service goals.

Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling required.Active state licensure to provide mental health treatment.Prior psychotherapy experience in a community, clinical, or telehealth setting preferred.Must complete required state background check and fingerprinting.Strong organizational and time management skills.Job Type

$55,000 – $75,000 per year (based on experience and credentials)
