Location : Collier and Lee Counties, FL
Position Type : Contract-to-Hire (3–6 Months Contract)
Compensation : $58 per installation, $240 for non-installation days, plus travel stipends and performance bonuses
Travel : 80%+ nationwide travel during training (3–6 months)

We’re a fast-growing technology deployment company focused on transforming homes with smart, sustainable solutions. We’re looking for hands-on, driven professionals to join our Field Services team as Smart Home Technology Installers .
This role offers exciting opportunities to travel, gain certifications, and work with cutting-edge home and vehicle tech. If you're experienced in electrical work, repair, or field tech installations — and ready to grow with an innovative company — we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do :
- Install smart home tech (wiring, screens, cameras, etc.) to industry standards
- Use mobile tools to track jobs and submit daily reports
- Communicate with team leads and clients to ensure quality service
- Manage inventory and prepare for each job
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards
- Deliver excellent customer service and solve technical issues on-site
- Cross-train in our Smart Vehicle division during the initial training period
