We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join the care team at our client’s skilled nursing facility in Myerstown, PA . This opportunity offers competitive pay of up to $52 / hour depending on the employment option you choose , along with flexible full-time and part-time scheduling , allowing you to provide high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Pay in Lieu –higher pay instead of benefits- Up to $43.00 / hour
Internal Agency Option – work for Esky and earn up to $52.00 / hour
Baylor Option : Work 32 hours and get paid for 40 hours. EXCELLENT weekend shift differential ($5 / hr for ALL shifts)- Up to $41.00 / hour

Responsibilities :

Provide direct care to residents with neurological conditions, dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious diseases, and wound care

Conduct daily rounds to assess residents' physical and emotional well-being, addressing their needs promptly

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and ensure accurate documentation

Delegate appropriate tasks to nursing and non-nursing staff during shifts

Collaborate with the Assistant Director of Nursing and Director of Nursing to maintain high-quality care standards

Follow facility policies, procedures, and state regulations , contributing to continuous improvements in nursing care

Perform additional duties as assigned to support resident care and facility operations

Qualifications :

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Active RN license in Pennsylvania, in good standing

Specialty Area :

Geriatrics – Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care

Schedule :

Full-Time & Part-Time
