We are looking to hire an accomplished real estate attorney with five to ten years of relevant experience. Attorneys who thrive at Fraser Stryker embrace diverse perspectives, value teamwork, and deliver exceptional client service.
Your Role
- Legal Advice : Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing.
- Collaboration : Partner with developers, investors, lenders, and commercial tenants to understand client objectives, provide legal advice and ensure client satisfaction.
- Due Diligence : Conduct due diligence, including title review, survey analysis, and environmental assessments.
- Compliance : Ensure clients adhere to all applicable real estate, title, and zoning laws / regulations.
- Relationship Management : Build and manage client relationships to build trust, strengthen relationships and promote business development.
Your Qualifications & Skills
Experience : Five to ten years of relevant commercial real estate experienceKnowledge : In-depth knowledge of real estate laws and regulations, expertise in real estate transactions, development and financing, and familiarity with land use and zoning complianceLicensed : Be currently licensed or be eligible to become licensed to practice law in the state of Nebraska
