Overview

PwC Deals Strategy team focuses on providing strategic advice and support to clients in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. The role involves analyzing market trends, assessing business opportunities, and developing strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed deal decisions. You will help clients navigate complex transactions, identify risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to maximize value and achieve business objectives. Leadership responsibilities include coaching, developing others, managing performance, and promoting integrity and authenticity while embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Data Processing / Analytics / Science, Computer and Information Science
  • 5 years of experience
