Responsibilities :

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations, including
• retail sales
• and merchandising .

Manage a team

Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Oversee inventory management , including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.

Maintain accurate

Implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve store goals.

Assist in

Demonstrate leadership by setting a positive example and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Minimum Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Demonstrated experience in a retail management role.

Working knowledge of retail operations .

General knowledge of inventory management principles.

Working knowledge of cash handling procedures.

Ability to manage a team effectively.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Proficiency in mathematics for basic calculations.

Preferred Qualifications :

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.

3-5 years of experience in a grocery store management role.
