POSITION OVERVIEW :
Responsible for completing all tasks assigned by the Warehouse supervisor & manager. Assisting with the deployment of courier's, & daily warehouse procedures. Responsible for following and completing all warehouse checklist before task is closed. Responsible for on-campus and event details. Responsible for performing daily warehouse safety checks. Responsible for completing warehouse vehicle inspections before and after use.
- Previous warehouse experience
- Warehouse duties 65%-70%
- Experience using Apple or Android products e.g. iPhone, MacBook, ThinkPad
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google suites
- Displays general knowledge of department operations and procedures and some knowledge of relationships with other departments and their systems.
- Demonstrates ability to utilize specialized and / or more advanced software.
- Uses judgment to determine the most efficient order of activities to achieve established objectives and assigned deadlines
- Forklift experience
- Pallet jack / Electric pallet jack experience
- Experience driving a box truck and sprinter van
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work with little to no supervision
- Proficient in verbal and communication skills
- This is an on-site position
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks for deliveries and pickups
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to shipments
- Participate in training programs and stay updated on warehouse procedures and policies

Valid Driver's LicenseBe a team playerExcellent communication skills and is able to follow processesComfortable in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Gmail, and OutlookAbility to lift up to 45 lbsAttention to detailAbility to multitaskWillingness to grow and evolve in the roleBasic to intermediate knowledge of computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google Suites)Preferred experience with AsanaStrong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisionsExperience in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneouslyKnowledge of warehouse management systems and familiarity with barcode scanning technologyAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressureStrong attention to detail and accuracy in performing warehouse tasksAbility to operate various material handling equipment safely and efficientlyKnowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and practicesFlexibility in working hours to accommodate occasional overtime or weekend shiftsStrong physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive lifting and movement tasksWillingness to undergo additional training or certifications as required by the roleCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS :
$20 - 22 hourly

Pay Range
