License :  Current Indiana State License & Unrestricted DEA

Certifications :  Board Certified (ABEM, FM or IM), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) & Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Capabilities :  Must be able to treat patients of all ages
