As a Vice President, Direct Marketing Creative you will lead and innovate our direct marketing efforts across multiple channels, including direct mail, bill marketing, email marketing, and funnel optimization to drive conversions through call centers, retail stores, and e-commerce platforms. • Develop and execute a comprehensive direct marketing creative strategy that aligns with business objectives and revenue goals.
• Lead the creation and optimization of direct mail, bill inserts, email marketing, and digital funnel strategies to maximize customer engagement and conversion.
• Ensure creative marketing efforts support the customer journey, driving traffic to call centers, retail stores, and e-commerce platform. /
• Leverage A / B testing, personalization, and segmentation strategies to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
• Establish and refine workflow processes, tools, and automation to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in creative execution.
• Partner with the analytics team to track, report, and analyze KPIs, using insights to refine creative strategies and improve response rates.
• Utilize marketing analytics and customer data to drive data-informed creative decisions that enhance campaign performance.
