Key Responsibilities
Become an expert on the company's platform and the Monitoring space
Work with customers throughout pre- and post-sales stages
Assist prospects with technical evaluations and own the implementation process
Required Qualifications
Strong technical skills in reading, writing, and debugging code (Javascript / Node.js preferred)
Experience in a Solutions Engineering role, ideally in a dev-tools SaaS environment
Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment
Exceptional empathy and curiosity in customer interactions
Based in the US (ET, CT, or MT)
