📍 Baltimore, MD 21224  🌙  3rd Shift | 10 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM, Sunday–Friday  💵 $19 / hr | | 🔁 Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire About the Role as a Machine Operator :

We are seeking a skilled machine operator to join a hands-on production team on the 3rd shift. In this role, you’ll inspect freshly cleaned floor mats, safely operate rolling equipment, and prepare mats for staging and delivery. You’ll also help maintain a clean work area and support daily production goals. What You’ll Do as a Machine Operator :

• Inspect and evaluate mats before processing
• Safely operate rolling equipment
• Sort and stage mats for delivery
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment What We’re Looking For in a Machine Operator :
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and hardworking
• Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a production / warehouse environment
