About the Role

As a Onboarding Specialist you will guide new clients through the setup and activation of our platform. Youll be the go-to expert ensuring clients are fully trained, configured, and optimized for success. This is a structured, detail-driven role that requires excellent communication, strong technical troubleshooting, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

What Youll Do

• Lead customers from training to full account activation.
• Configure clients content for maximum performance across the platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve onboarding and technical issues.
• Develop and improve onboarding resources (guides, templates, help articles).
• Accurately track progress and communication in CRM.
• Set clear expectations with clients and hold firm to structured processes.
