HVAC Sheet Metal Installer

We are currently seeking a dedicated HVAC Sheet Metal Installer to join our growing installation team.
As an HVAC Sheet Metal Installer, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing sheet metal ductwork for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial settings. You'll work closely with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time, to code, and with a high standard of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities :
- Measure, cut, bend, and install sheet metal duct systems according to blueprints and specifications
- Assemble ductwork using appropriate tools and equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and welding / brazing equipment
- Ensure all installations meet local codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations
- Collaborate with HVAC technicians, plumbers, and project managers on job sites
- Read and interpret technical drawings and HVAC schematics
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Load and unload materials and equipment for job sites
- Perform duct sealing, insulation, and support mounting
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor installation issues in the field
- Keep accurate records of materials used and time spent on projects
- Follow all OSHA and company safety policies and procedures
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent1 3 years of experience in HVAC sheet metal installation (or equivalent training / apprenticeship)Ability to read blueprints, duct layouts, and mechanical drawingsSkilled in the use of hand tools, duct forming machines, and power toolsKnowledge of applicable codes and safety regulationsStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to lift up to 75 lbs and work in tight spaces or at heightsValid driver's license and clean driving recordEPA Certification (preferred but not required)What We Offer :
