Job Title : Bilingual (Spanish) Recruiter
Pay : $23.00 – $25.00 per hour

The Bilingual (Spanish) Recruiter serves as a vital link between the agency and its clients. This role involves recruiting qualified candidates and skill-matching them to appropriate job opportunities to ensure complete client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, excellent customer service, and strong communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Interact with associates and clients in-person and by phone with a positive and professional demeanor
- Record associate availability and update scheduling systems
- Respond promptly to client communications (voicemail, email, etc.)
- Request and compile payroll hours from clients for processing
- Address and resolve client issues efficiently, escalating as needed
- Identify recruitment needs and post job openings on various platforms (social media, job boards, etc.)
- Screen resumes, interview candidates, and manage applicants throughout the hiring process
- Match candidates to client needs and conduct quality control checks
- Track opportunities for account growth and collaborate on business development
- Accurately enter and maintain work orders in internal systems (Coats & PEO)
- Distribute and manage payroll checks, including adjustments and delivery as needed
- Schedule interviews, meetings, and phone screenings
- Maintain employee files and assist with reporting as required
- Conduct new hire orientations, background checks, and drug / alcohol screenings
- Complete all aspects of the employment application process, including I-9 verification and reference checks
- Follow safety and injury reporting procedures for workplace incidents
- Attend job fairs as needed to support recruitment efforts
- Help maintain a clean and organized office environment
Skills & Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED required1 to 2 years of recruiting experience (required)Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBilingual in Spanish preferred; English fluency requiredBenefits :
