Client in the apparel industry is seeking an HR Manager to oversee payroll reporting, recruiting, and employee relations while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HR MANAGER
The HR Manager will pull and analyze reports on hours worked, overtime, and temporary staff to prepare payroll tables for processing
The HR Manager will manage full-cycle recruiting and partner with leaders to identify hiring needs
Conduct employee relations activities, addressing concerns and supporting a positive workplace
Present headcount, temporary staffing, and hiring updates in leadership meetings
Ensure facilities are stocked with cleaning supplies and that housekeeping standards are maintained
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE HR MANAGER
3-5 years of HR experience
Strong ability to communicate effectively with leadership teams
Experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings is a plus
Familiarity with seasonal staffing cycles is a plus
Spanish Bilingual skills are a must!
