Progressive Surgical Unit Manager

Accountable for 24hr, day to day operations of a busy Progressive Surgical Unit which includes effective management of clinical systems, human resources, financial management, and environmental management. Promotes collaborative practice with other departments, physicians, schools of nursing, and exhibits the ability to work with others to find solutions to difficult human, technical, or administrative problems. Must be able to adjust to and lead others through a rapidly changing environment.

Education :

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Required
• BSN Preferred
• Current AL or Multi-State RN License
