What does a typical day look like :
Working with subject matter experts to curate, review and build content to support in-person and virtual events / webinars. This role functions as an Integrated Marketing Manager working with Marketing Operations, Legal, Brand, Social, Paid Media, Social and T-Studios.
Preferred background / prior work experience?
Creating content in a working session with subject matter experts while maintaining as the lead voice.
Priority soft skills
Ability to matrix manage stakeholders, proactive communicator, ability to persuade others.
Position Summary :
Client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Event Manager to support content creation and production for both webinars and in-person events, workshops, and panels targeting enterprise and government audiences.
This role requires strong writing, editing, and project management capabilities - with a focus on creating compelling content while coordinating across marketing, sales, PR, legal, and event stakeholders. The ideal candidate will help maintain a strong, consistent, and legally compliant public presence across all external speaking engagements and customer-facing content channels.
