CENSEO AV+Acoustics is a consulting firm specializing in the design & engineering of acoustics and noise control, audio-visual and theatrical systems, telecommunications, and electronic security systems . With offices in Hawai‘i, Denver, and Seattle, our work spans performing arts centers, hospitality and resorts, higher education, healthcare, municipal and military facilities, and more.

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented Intern Engineers to join our team for Summer 2026 at our Denver Office. This internship provides hands-on experience working alongside engineers and designers on real projects in the building design and construction industry.

The internship will require working in the physical office, which is located in the Washington Park neighborhood on S. Gaylord Street.

What You’ll Do

• Support project teams in the design and documentation of audio-video (AV), theatrical, telecommunications structured cabling, and electronic security.
• Assist in preparing drawings, specifications, reports, and calculations .
• Participate in skills training related to the tasks and engineering disciplines listed above.
• Participate in project meetings, coordination with architects and contractors, and possible construction site visits.
• Research emerging technologies and contribute to design recommendations.
• Gain exposure to the full project lifecycle —from early design through construction support and final system checkout.
