Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Digital Workplace Engineer with deep expertise in End User Computing (EUC) and Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) to design, implement, and optimize digital workplace technologies for a Fortune 500–scale enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of engineering and delivering enterprise-grade solutions that enhance productivity, security, and user experience for a global workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Design, engineer, and implement digital workplace solutions covering EUC platforms (Windows, macOS, VDI, mobile, endpoint management, application delivery) and UCC platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, enterprise telephony, video conferencing).
Serve as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues within EUC and UCC domains.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and vendors to define digital workplace roadmaps aligned to enterprise strategy.
Integrate security and compliance requirements into digital workplace solutions (e.g., endpoint security, data protection, compliance with SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).
Maintain design documentation, architecture diagrams, standards, and operational runbooks.
