Job Title : Assistant Property Manager

Assignment Type : Contract through November 25th (with potential extension)

Pay : $28 – $33 / hour (based on experience)

Work Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM (on-site, full-time, 1-hour lunch)

About Our Client :

Our client is a large, established residential community seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations and resident services. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a collaborative property management team that oversees a high-volume community.

Job Description :

The Assistant Property Manager will work alongside the Property Manager to handle day-to-day building operations, ensure smooth resident services, and assist with financial and administrative tasks. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can balance resident relations, vendor management, and compliance with community standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as a main point of contact for residents, responding to questions, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in preparing budgets, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Support vendor management, including contract coordination and monitoring performance.
• Track building modifications, move-in / move-out activities, and maintain updated resident information.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager on capital improvement projects, audits, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with community rules, policies, and regulations, escalating issues as needed.
• Act as backup Property Manager in their absence, maintaining operations and resident services.
