Overview of the Role :
The Quality Control Manager is responsible for ensuring that quality control processes are cost-effective and efficient in meeting quality requirements.
This role involves reviewing quality control documentation to ensure compliance with contractual needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop effective quality control processes based on client needs.
- Review client QC requirements and ensure that quality control documentation meets contractual needs.
- Approve Contractor and subcontractor quality control documentation to ensure planned activities meet contractual requirements.
- Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.
- Submit detailed reports to executives.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Quality Control Manager with 3+ years of experience.Experience in utilizing a 3-phase inspection program.Conscientious and responsible approach to work.Keen eye for detail.Results-driven work ethic.Outstanding communication and leadership skills.Proficient in MS Office products.BS / BA in business administration or relevant field (optional).In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.Able to pass a federal background check.
