CSB of Middle Georgia is located in Dublin, Georgia, and the agency currently serves residents of Bleckley, Dodge, Johnson, Laurens, Montgomery, Pulaski, Telfair, Treutlen, Wheeler, and Wilcox counties in Georgia; and in our Ogeechee Behavioral Health Division, serving residents of Burke, Emanuel, Glascock, Jefferson, Jenkins, and Screven counties in Georgia. LOCATION : Millen, GA (in-person position); Jenkins I / DD Day Services

Job Description / Duties

  • Check vehicles daily (every morning) and do assigned paperwork.
  • Notify supervisor of issues with vehicles.
  • Transport individuals safely by approved procedure as scheduled.
  • Supervise individuals in all aspects of service as assigned.
  • Write Therap notes daily and make sure the frequency of services is met.
  • Therap notes are daily with minimal errors.
  • Report any incidents to your supervisor immediately.
  • Assist with feeding and changings of individuals as assigned.
  • Complete all assigned training in a timely manner.
  • Follow duty list according to schedule.
  • Document education / goals in Therap.

Requirements / Preferences :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid GA Driver's License, preferably someone 20-21+ years of age to drive company vehicles.
  • Pass a drug screen and background check.
  • Basic Computer Skills
