Overview
Agile Space Industries, Inc. designs, builds, and tests in-space propulsion systems for satellites and spacecraft. AGILE uses state of the art 3D metal alloy printing techniques to rapidly design, manufacture, and test new engine designs in our propulsion test facility. With engineers who have worked at Blue Origin, SpaceX, NASA, and Aerojet Rocketdyne, AGILE is a growing company with Defense, Civil and Commercial programs. AGILE is headquartered in Durango, CO with a facility in Mount Pleasant, PA and growing presence in Tulsa, OK. Agile Space Technologies is seeking a Test Engineer to support test operations, data analysis, and propulsion system development for space exploration.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting test operations, conducting data analysis, and assisting in the development of propulsion systems. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience on projects at the forefront of aerospace technology.
Level / Experience
Level I : 0-3 years of relevant experience, strong foundational skills, ability to work independently.
Level II : 5-10 years of experience with advanced expertise and leadership expectations.

Compensation and Benefits
Final compensation is based on experience, skills, and internal equity and is typically midrange. Benefits include 100% employer-covered medical, dental, and vision for employees and dependents, paid holidays, flexible time off, sick leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and 401(k) with company match up to 4%. Eligible for bonuses and company equity depending on position.
