Randal Retail Group is a retail fixture manufacturer and due to continuing growth in our business, we’re looking for a junior position in our engineering department. This position will provide engineering support for all phases of our product manufacturing process.

A strong desire to learn is very important; we’re constantly evolving as a company, and we design and manufacture unique fixtures, with a fantastic culture and amazing team of people. Experience with CNC routers would be helpful. Problem-solving and the ability to work autonomously and also as a team is critical. Responsibilities :

• Create and edit 2D and 3D product drawings and layouts using AutoCAD
• Collaborate and coordinate with project managers to resolve discrepancies and complete projects
• Design and engineer complex fixtures utilizing custom hardware, and different materials
• Review drawings to ensure adherence to established standards
• Make and review shop drawings for manufacturing
• Produce machine code from product drawings
