This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate and experienced Dietitian looking to work in a MondayFriday, 8am4 : 30pm schedule with a patient-centered, interdisciplinary team.

Position Highlights :

Role Overview :

As a Dietitian, youll complete initial and ongoing nutritional assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide nutrition education for participants, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team. This role requires both clinical knowledge and strong collaboration skills to support the health and wellness of older adults.
