About the Opportunity
We're looking for a resourceful and detail-driven professional who thrives in a high-volume legal environment. You'll be instrumental in supporting attorneys and clients, ensuring smooth operations and top-tier service delivery. If you're someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and adapts quickly, this role is for you.
Prepare, revise, and manage legal documents and correspondence.
Organize and maintain case files for easy access and accuracy.
Assist with time entry, billing processes, and collections.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
Serve as a liaison between attorneys and clients, supporting relationship management.
Handle calls, emails, reimbursements, and general office tasks.
5+ years in administrative or executive support roles, ideally within a law firm; 2+ years as a legal secretary in a mid-to-large firm.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Strong written and verbal communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with iManage or Filesite is a plus.
Self-starter with a client-focused mindset and a polished, professional demeanor.
