Job Description & Requirements

• HIGHLIGHTS :
• At least two years of PT experience; 3-5 years is preferred
• Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact for Colorado required
• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy required
• BLS through the American Heart Association required
• Working 4-10 hour days / week, weekdays will vary, but will include a Saturday schedule

RADIUS RULE : traveler's perm address must be at least 75 miles away from our facility
