Speech-Language Pathologist (On-Site, Outpatient / Clinic / Home Health)
Schedule : Monday-Friday preferred; part-time and alternative schedules may be considered
Setting : On-site care with modern, digital tools for documentation and coordination
Role Summary
Provide evidence-based speech and language evaluation and treatment for pediatric and / or adult patients in ambulatory clinics, home health, and partner facility settings. The focus is clinical quality, efficient throughput, and clear patient outcomes, not paperwork.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments; develop individualized, measurable treatment plans.
- Deliver direct therapy across speech, language, voice, fluency, cognition, and swallowing, as appropriate to the setting and training.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home programs and progress expectations.
- Document accurately and on time in the EMR; track goals and functional outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, PT / OT, case managers, and care coordinators.
- Maintain compliance with payer policies, licensure laws, HIPAA, and organizational protocols.
- Balance caseload to meet access and productivity targets without compromising care.

Active, unrestricted SLP license in the state of practice (good standing).CCC-SLP (ASHA) required.1+ year of post-CF clinical experience preferred; strong CFs may be considered depending on the setting.Proficiency with EMR systems and comfort using telehealth tools when appropriate.Reliable transportation for travel between patient sites or partner facilities, if assigned.Nice to Have
Experience in one or more of the following : dysphagia / FEES or MBS coordination, neuro rehab, voice, AAC, cognitive-communication, or pediatric feeding.Bilingual skills.Knowledge of value-based care metrics and payer documentation standards.Compensation & Logistics
