Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications
College degree and at least one year of customer service, preferably with cash handling experience. Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must have demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Must have excellent customer Service. Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations calmly; respond promptly to customer needs as well as requests for service and assistance. Ability to read, write and comprehend basic instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Excellent verbal and diplomatic skills are critical. Must have basic math skills. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions. Ability to problem solve.
