If you're passionate about operations, customer service, and contributing to the success of a growing business, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Hours : 12 PM - 8 PM.

Key Responsibilities of an Office Manager & Social Media Marketer :

Daily Duties :

• Answer phone calls, emails, and messages from clients and team members
• Confirm and manage appointments, including making last-minute adjustments
• Monitor tuition payments, oversee AutoPay transactions, and resolve any payment issues
• Apply late fees and communicate payment reminders with families as necessary
• Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, members, and vendors
