A law firm seeks an experienced Family Law Associate Attorney to join their team in Naples, FL. This role involves working on a variety of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and domestic violence cases. The position offers the opportunity to work in-person, hybrid, or fully remote for the right candidate, with travel required for client meetings and court events.

Duties

  • Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings and motions.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings.
  • Provide compassionate counsel to clients throughout their legal journey.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience in Family Law.
  • Licensed to practice law in Florida.
  • Strong litigation and courtroom experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.

    • Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

    • Certifications

  • Active membership in the Florida Bar.

    • Skills

  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Strong technical abilities and familiarity with county judicial websites.
  • Proficiency in Google Products and Microsoft Office Suite.
