The Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC) is seeking full-time, licensed Psychologists to join our team in Grand Junction, Colorado. We have several, multi-disciplinary, on-site openings available. Join our talented team of dedicated healthcare partners in the inpatient and / or out-patient treatment of a diverse patient base of our Western Colorado and Eastern Utah Veteran population.

Duties and responsibilities include a full range of psycho-diagnostic services including assessment, diagnosis, and providing quality care. In the course of your practice youll see individuals, couples and families, and lead group sessions. Multiple psychology openings may be available across departments including leadership and individual contributor roles for inpatient and / or outpatient care.

Basic Requirements (may vary by role) :

Doctoral degree in Psychology

Current, full and unrestricted psychology license from any US state or District of Columbia

Have successfully completed an APA or CPA-accredited professional psychology internship training program

Demonstrated multidisciplinary experience with inpatient and / or outpatient care services in acute psychological care settings

For program management and leadership roles, preferred experience : 2+ years of managerial, supervisory experience in a clinical setting

Appointment Schedule : Monday-Friday : 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm (providers share on-call shifts)

Compensation : Competitive base salary + possible sign-on bonus varies by role and experience level. Example base salary pay range : $87,788 - $162,664. Financial assistance for relocation may available. Student loan reimbursement program if meet eligibility requirements.

The facility consists of 53-bed capabilities for surgical procedures, specialty care, mental health in / outpatient services, as well as a Community Living Center, and social programs and services. The service area encompasses western Colorado and eastern Utah regions and includes the primary VAMC plus four satellite clinics.
