Job Description

Join our team as a Material Handler, where you will play a vital role in our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for picking and moving materials to the correct lines and utilizing RF scanners heavily. In addition to these tasks, you will operate a tugger and / or stand-up forklifts. If you have prior forklift experience, it is advantageous; however, we provide training and certification for those without it.

Responsibilities

Pick materials using RF scanners.

Follow pick lists

Move materials efficiently within the warehouse.

Operate tuggers and stand-up forklifts after training and certification.

Assist in shipping and receiving operations.

Handle materials and ensure accurate inventory management.

Essential Skills

Experience working in a warehouse or plant environment.

Proficiency in using RF scanners.

Ability to perform general labor tasks including picking, packing, and material handling.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with stand-up forklift operation is preferred.

Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.

Familiarity with SAP / EWM systems is beneficial.

Work Environment

Our work environment is climate-controlled, ensuring a comfortable setting for all employees. The first shift operates from 4 : 30 am to 3 : 00 pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sanford, North Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00 / hr.
