Triage, assess, and stabilize patients presenting with critical conditions. Administer medications, IV fluids, and emergency interventions as required. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced settings. Monitor vital signs, record patient progress, and ensure accurate documentation. Educate patients and families about follow-up care and discharge instructions. Requirements : Active RN license in Texas (or compact state eligibility). Minimum of 1-2 years of recent Emergency Department experience. Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and multitasking skills.
