Senior Reliability Engineering Manager - Industrial Manufacturing
Join a leading industrial manufacturer as our Senior Reliability Engineering Manager, where you'll leverage your electrical and mechanical expertise to drive operational excellence and lead our maintenance reliability initiatives. This role offers a clear path to advancement, with the opportunity to become Maintenance and Reliability Superintendent within 6-12 months.
Position Overview
As our Senior Reliability Engineering Manager, you'll spearhead the development and implementation of reliability-centered maintenance strategies, focusing on electrical systems and equipment optimization. This key leadership role combines technical expertise with strategic planning to enhance plant performance and reduce downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead reliability-centered maintenance programs across industrial manufacturing operations
- Develop and implement predictive / preventive maintenance strategies for critical equipment
- Direct electrical systems maintenance and upgrades, including high-voltage applications
- Oversee contractor management and compliance with EHS regulations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using reliability engineering principles
- Manage capital projects from conception through implementation
- Analyze equipment performance data to optimize maintenance strategies
- Lead the development of electrical / mechanical PM / PdM programs
