You will lead and develop people, processes, and systems that ensure the highest safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency. You will work on comprehensive reports, provide timely responses, and be the point of contact between the various departments within the company and customers. Your typical shift will be Friday - Sunday, 12 : 00 PM - 12 : 30 AM.

How you create impact

• Prepare all quality reports and analyze them to identify negative and positive quality trends
• Make recommendations for improvements
• Provide associates with in-the-moment training when opportunities for improvement present themselves
• Drive a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe, valued, and included
• Examine records such as manifests, invoices, BOLs (Bills of Lading); and resolve process inefficiencies
• Investigate issues concerning overdue, damaged, or shortages in shipments; provide updates to customers promptly
• Participate in quality meetings and review meeting minutes
• Maintain Quality Management System
• Other duties as assigned
