North Miami Beach based Title Company is seeking an experienced Title Processor / Closer for immediate hire. The ideal candidate is someone with a positive attitude, has prior title experience, is reliable and detail oriented. This is a Full-Time position; Schedule is Monday to Friday - 9 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM.

Responsibilities :

• Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional and polished with excellent customer service skills
• Be able to Manage files from inception to closing
• Request title searches, placing survey orders, lien search orders, estoppel, etc
• Clear title requirements for closing
• Coordinating closings with Buyer, Seller, Attorney(s), Lender and Realtors, and set up the closing location, date and time and executing mail-away closings, as applicable
• Draft and / or organize closing documents
• Preparation of final HUD-1, Closing Statement or Closing Disclosure for both Buyer and Seller sides
• Performing the closing with all parties and notarization of all documents
• Obtaining funding authorization from the Lender, if applicable
